Is the author clearly identified?
Are the author's credentials listed?
Is the source of the information clearly stated?
Is the purpose of the site clearly stated?
Is sponsorship acknowledged?
Is the coverage comprehensive?
Is the site current?
Was it updated recently?
Is the site clearly organized?
