Question: Why won't it accept my login?

Answer: You'll need to type:  aesd\First_Last   or   aesd\FirstLast    (depends on if your login has an underscore) and then enter your password.

Question: I am an AOL user. Why doesn't Outlook Web Access (OWA) work with my America Online Browser?

Answer: The AOL browser does not support "cookies" that are necessary for OWA to function properly. If you have difficulty accessing or utilizing OWA with your AOL account, minimize your AOL browser (keeping your ISP connection alive) and open Internet Explorer by taking the following steps:

• Connect to AOL
• Minimize your AOL browser (do not CLOSE the window)
• Open Internet Explorer
• Type owa.aesd.edu/exchange into the address line
• Log into your OWA account

Question: I click on the link and then it just sits there and does nothing

Answer: The login window may be blocked by a Pop-up blocker. Please allow Pop-ups on the AESD web site and try again.
