ARTICLE 24: EFFECT OF AGREEMENT
24.1
It is understood and agreed that the specific provisions contained in this
agreement shall prevail over District practices and procedures and over State
laws to the extent permitted by State law, and that in the absence of specific
provisions in this Agreement, District policies, which are outside the scope
of negotiations, are subject to change by the action of the Board of Education
in public session.
