ARTICLE 3: NON-DISCRIMINATION

3.1 The Association and the District agree not to unlawfully discriminate because of race, creed, color, religion, age, political affiliation, sex, physical handicap, national origin, domicile, marital status, sexual orientation, membership in an employee organization or participation in the activities of an employee organization.
