ARTICLE 4: SAVING PROVISION
4.1 Contrary to Law: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be contrary
to law by a court or competent jurisdiction, such provisions will not be deemed
valid and sustaining except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions
will continue in full force and effect.
4.2 Renegotiate: In the event that a provision of the contract is declared
invalid, the parties shall meet, not later than thirty calendar days after
such court decision, to renegotiate the provision or provisions affected.
