ARTICLE 7: ASSOCIATION RIGHTS
7.1 The Association shall have the right to conduct Association activities,
post notices, and use facilities as provided in District Policy.
7.2 Names, assignments, work locations and home addresses and telephone numbers
of all members of the bargaining unit shall be provided without cost to the
Association no later than October 31 of each school year.
7.3 Association President or his/her designee shall have up to two (2) release
days per month for the purpose of conducting Association business (see Article
16.1001).
