Class Rules

Rules:

1. Be on time and prepared for instruction.

2. Follow directions the first time they’re given.

3. Stay in your seat unless given permission to get up.

4. Raise your hand and wait to be called on before speaking.

5. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

6. Treat others with respect.

Consequences:

1. Yellow card = Warning

2. Blue card = 10 minutes working away from the group

3. Red card = Recess detention plus full out a Personal Accountability sheet

4. Purple card = Teacher Trade (Time out in another classroom)

5. Black card = Send to principal

Severe Clause: Immediately sent to principal for fighting, defiance, stealing, or other severe behavior.

Rewards:

1. Praise & Prizes (Two prize winning students daily)

2. Group points

3. Bobcat Superstars (used in drawings for prizes)

4. Positive notes and calls to parents

5. Honor Roll

6. Star Student of the Month

7. Tickets for drawings and prizes
