Dear Mitchell Senior Thunderbird’s Family,

Welcome to Mitchell Senior Elementary School, home of the Thunderbirds. We are focused this year on your child’s successful learning, and removing ourselves from the State’s list of “Program Improvement” schools. To accomplish this, we must work together. The success of each child is a direct reflection of the partnership between parents and the school. Students must maintain excellent attendance, complete and turn in their homework on time, and come to school everyday prepared and committed to learn.

Parents, we are counting on you to participate as a Community Member on Campus, participate in the Parent Teacher Organization, or otherwise volunteer at Mitchell. Please call to learn more about the many opportunities available to you to participate in your child’s education.
