call Ron for assets and kind of the general view of a basa to here so I have to click on the universal search bar you can see this search for tickets or Assets in this case we're going to look up an asset and you can type it in manually or you can stand it any day any time you have a free form tax you can use the scanner for some does click on that device and then you brought to the device has some major Details page but the top is that pertinent information assets cereal this is a basic picture but it looks like you've got indications of tickets if there's anything open how you can submit a work order directly from this button here document tab next looking at the detail section over here all the general information secret that what's who the device is assigned to what it's bad as the model location asset tag serial number all that stuff and if we were using the storage stuff we could tie you in any kind of storage markings the rest of the tabs I really not implementing them so I wouldn't worry too much about them but they're there. We're mostly going to be there when you have to ask the details to add here's the ownership that you can look at in owners profile by clicking on that view button or you can click on the pencil to reassign it in this case I'm going to reassign this device to another service account and I appreciated Benjamin Generico type in their name and find it for you this is a nice little feet or so if they've got multiple device checked out it will allow if you're trying to check out more than two in this case I'm going to if you wanted to unassign this device you it is click on that white button down there and it would remove the ownership but in this case I want to resend it to Bobby see you again type in the same click on it and there you go not very top family when you are on the dashboard and you click on tickets that's ready to ticket the assets page is a little bit different this is where you going to see all of the devices that you favorited so if you click on ADD favorite you could add any device that's in our system as a favorited item so if there's something that you interact with on a daily basis and you want to be able to see this information quickly and easily favorite it in there that I could hear it but other than that it's a simple as just using the universal search bar
