I'm going to go ahead and submit a work order for fire and broken arms so let you login in this case I'm on my test account you click on the blue new ticket button and then you're going to want it at the requester in this case I'm going to assign or rather on a submit the ticket on behalf of Derek Guzman this changes who the ticket is tied to but if you send me be yourself you don't have to change it I even you would click on a fire and Berg alarm tile over here choose whether it's going to be a burglar alarm issue our fire alarm issue in the first box you can describe the issue with more detail in this case I'm going to put that  because I don't want to confuse people that are going to be notified about this ticket any Zone information if it's available Knoxville is the date field this is the date that the issue originally any panel messages I will be included in this field here any actions that were taken to remediate the issue if you reset the panel or you called off anything like that would go here this is free-form text you can just type in whatever but it is a required field Ida Lupe this my user so if you wanted to Loop in the principles or anybody that has a Google account you can do that you can text files here if you take a picture of the panel or something else any kind of files you can attach them if you can drag-and-drop or you can browse to them you just hit submit ticket once it's all filled out and the ticket was successfully submitted give you all the information here about the ticket created by my test account Ford Erica Guzman is the location based on who you submitted a work order for that's why that editing the requester is very very important down here I'm just typing in a comment that lets everybody know that we'll be here whenever you submit a work order for fireberg alarms it will automatically send out an email to the alarm remediation email group as well as a sign the work order directly to me to work and then if you look above you cancel ticket in Return of dash for those two things of those are two actions you can do immediately once you add the comment and I will be attached the ticket permanently and I'll show them a timeline did you see that in just a second there it is anytime, tis is added to the a ticket from either party either or either side of the work order system and email will be generated that's it
