are we going to go over step by step how to submit a work order for a software purchase request an incident like you click on new ticket choose the software and online system scroll all the way down to the bottom where you can see South we're not listed click on that and use the software approval request tile that opens up a ticket creation page in this box here even have just put some my general information to describe your your request and then just to help out the tech department you can provide the email and or phone numbers for the sales and support contacts this anybody that you've been communicating with regarding the software and of course the website itself that way we can do some of our own initial investigation and research and you can always Loop in whoever you want within the district email address to populated from Google and Miss execute are you going to attach any kind of documentation so if that's the initial Quest warm with your portion filled out the confidentiality agreement and any other supporting documents and this is a drag-and-drop situation click on submit ticket and it creates a ticket right in the center of the page you can see the information that you filled out including all of the the documents that you've attached and then if you can see it from my perspective I'm going to start the tickets and I'm down here is where the communication portion of the ticketing process is going to take place American Dad comments anytime you want to say something or communicate with the tech department or whoever it is it's working your ticket and you'll just add comments to the ticket and likewise if we have anything to communicate this is what we'll do it so record every submitted comments in a nice time stand for Matt easy-to-follow this is also where let's say for example you don't have you didn't have the confidentiality agreement and beginning you can submit it here in a comment by dragging and dropping it in the comment how do I resolve the ticket on the ad and action have to do that don't resolve it I'm going to resolve the tickets to you so I can show you that once the ticket has been resolved we can save the entire ticket as well as all the communications as a PDF opportunity later if we want we can upload it to like laserface or some other kind of District control depository otherwise it's saved in the ancient IQ Cloud so save the PDF is the same ticket number so once you open it up just gives you a nice of you of everything that went on with it but I was obviously be a lot more I in a real ticket you get the basic idea and that is emitting a software request
