AESD Transfer Forms
We are excited to announce that our student transfer forms are now online. All transfer forms must be renewed annually. The district office will contact you via email to inform you if your application is approved or denied. Each application has a different processing time.
There are three types of transfer forms:
Intradistrict Transfer: Within Atwater
This form is for families living within the Atwater Elementary School District boundaries but requesting to transfer from the school of residence to another school within Atwater Elementary School District. We will begin accepting applications in February for the upcoming year. Although we start collecting applications in February, all applications are reviewed in July and August over the summer break. Interdistrict Transfer: Exiting
This form is to be completed by families who wish to attend a school outside the Atwater Elementary School District boundaries. Please complete a form for each child requesting a transfer. Processing time is approximately 7 to 10 days. We will email you when your application is processed. To fill out this form, please click the link below:
Interdistrict Transfer: Incoming
Families who live outside of Atwater Elementary School District boundaries and want to attend Atwater Elementary School District must contact their Home District. Your home district will email us the form. Some districts will not email the form to us but will give you the original copy to give to us. You may drop it off at our district office or email it to [email protected]. We will begin accepting applications in February for the upcoming year. Although we start collecting applications in February, all applications are reviewed in July and August over the summer break.
