AESD Transfer Forms
We are excited to announce that our student transfer forms are online. All transfer forms must be renewed annually. We will begin accepting applications in February for the upcoming year. Although we start collecting applications in February, all applications are reviewed in July and August over the summer break. The district office will contact you via email to inform you if your application is approved or denied. There are three types of transfer forms:
Intradistrict Transfer: Within Atwater
This form is for families living within the Atwater Elementary School District Boundaries but requesting to transfer from the school of residence to another school within Atwater Elementary School District.
Interdistrict Transfer: Exiting
This form is to be completed by families who wish to attend a school outside the Atwater Elementary School District boundaries. Please complete a form for each child requesting a transfer.
Interdistrict Transfer: Incoming
Families who live outside of Atwater Elementary School District boundaries and want to attend Atwater Elementary School District must contact the Home District. Interdistrict transfers are contingent upon space availability and must be renewed annually.
